This website is published by the Council for Professions Supplementary to Medicine ("the Council") to provide information concerning the registration and regulation of professions supplementary to medicine in Jamaica, and to make official application forms and guidance available to the public.

Fee schedules, requirements and procedures published here are subject to change by the Council without prior notice. Applicants should confirm current requirements with the Council office before submitting an application.

Application forms are provided for the convenience of applicants. A downloaded form does not itself constitute an application; registration is effected only upon the Council's assessment and approval of a duly completed submission accompanied by the applicable fee and supporting documents.

The content, design and official forms published on this website are the property of the Council. Forms may be downloaded and completed for the purpose of making an application to the Council; any other reproduction or redistribution requires the Council's prior written consent.
